Dr Jeremy Platt studied Physiological Sciences at Magdalen College, Oxford, and graduated in Medicine from the University of Edinburgh in 1987.

He trained in post graduate medicine, achieving the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) qualification in 1990.

After training in Haematology in Edinburgh and Glasgow, he started General Practice training in 1995, and qualified in 1998. He passed the examination for the Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 1998.

He joined Binfield Surgery as a Partner in 1999.

He has been involved in service pathway design in the local PCT and CCG for many years, and he leads on clinical governance matters in his practice.

Dr Platt will supply prompt and clear advice and opinion as appropriate for a witness with extensive Primary Care experience.
